The personal data you provide is used for the sale of electronic books and for the shipment of books in paper format, as well as for the provision of the online training course service. The legal basis for processing is in the contractual or pre-contractual context.

It is specified that you are free to provide your personal data. Failure to provide them can only make it impossible to obtain the requested service / product.
Processing methods and safety measures
The processing is carried out in an automated and / or manual form, in accordance with the provisions of art. 32 of the GDPR 2016/679 and are processed in a lawful and correct manner, adopting appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification or destruction of data. In particular, as an example, this site adopts an HTTPS system with SSL certification for the domain.
Scope of communication and dissemination

- propose a complaint to a supervisory authority.

We will take care of responding to your request within one month of receiving it; this period may be extended by two additional months in the event of particular complexity and the number of requests.
